Healthcare Strategist

HUB is hiring a Healthcare Strategist to shape market-informed growth strategies, support M&A and business development, and strengthen relationships with healthcare clients and carriers.

Strong knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics (medical practices, hospitals, senior care, virtual care)., Familiarity with healthcare insurance products (medical professional liability, general liability, cyber, EPLI)., Proven experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence., Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into action., Project management skills to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently., Excellent presentation and communication skills to influence senior leadership and clients., Proficiency with data analysis tools, CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint., Experience with M&A analysis, financial modeling, and business case development (preferred)., Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA) and state-specific requirements (preferred).
