Senior Email Marketing Project Manager (US - Remote)

• Deep expertise with Email Service Providers (Iterable, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SendGrid or similar). • Experience setting up and managing push and SMS campaigns and omnichannel journeys. • Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and lifecycle automation. • Proficiency with SQL and basic HTML/CSS for campaign build and troubleshooting. • Solid project management skills, including timelines, prioritization, and stakeholder communication. • Analytical ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into optimizations. • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry email deliverability best practices.
