• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby a plus) • High-volume scheduling and calendar management • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience preparing offer letters and managing onboarding paperwork • Reference and background check coordination • Reporting and dashboard creation • Familiarity with employment law and compliance best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
