Overview
A fully remote, contract Technical Recruiter is needed to lead end-to-end hiring for product, design, and engineering functions, building pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers.
Requirements
• Proven experience sourcing and closing technical, product, and design candidates
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with Lever is a plus)
• Strong outbound sourcing, Boolean search, and LinkedIn recruiting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and prioritize workload independently
