Overview

Galileo is hiring an Assistant Camp Director to lead Extended Care, support daily operations, and mentor staff to deliver a safe, engaging summer experience for K–8 campers.

Requirements

• Leadership and supervisory experience with youth programs • Experience managing groups of children (15+) • Strong communication with families and staff • Ability to run daily logistics and prioritize tasks quickly • Familiarity with camp/admin systems (Salesforce, Camp Planner) or ability to learn • Basic first aid/CPR knowledge or willingness to certify • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be active throughout the day
