Overview
Lead scalable, tech-touch customer success programs for Cognigy customers to drive adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes across the SMB/mid-market segment.
Requirements
• Experience designing and operating scaled, digital-first customer success motions
• Proficiency with Customer Success and CRM platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce)
• Strong analytical skills to translate product usage data into actionable insights
• Excellent written communication for digital-first engagement and content creation
• Program and project management skills to operationalize playbooks
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
• Familiarity with AI technologies, especially Conversational AI (preferred)
