Overview
Serve as the inside enrollment and coordination hub in San Antonio, driving rapid qualification, application progression, and contracting to increase acres signed into Grassroots Carbon’s program.
Requirements
• Proven inside sales or account management experience in a quota-driven environment
• High proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) and disciplined pipeline management
• Strong phone, email, and video communication skills with attention to documentation detail
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders to unblock deals
• Comfort operating in a metric-driven cadence and providing weekly pipeline visibility
