Senior Account Manager

• 5+ years B2B SaaS account management with a focus on upsell/expansion • Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business and consistently hit targets • Salesforce experience required; Planhat or other CS tooling a plus • Strong presentation and demo skills with value-based selling experience • Excellent negotiation and closing skills • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building
