Overview

The Trevor Project seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, state reporting, and financial analysis in support of the organization’s mission to prevent suicide among LGBTQ+ youth.

Requirements

• Fund accounting and GAAP knowledge • Nonprofit compliance and state reporting experience • Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling • Proficiency with Excel and financial/forecasting software • Experience with accounting systems and CRM (Salesforce) • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Attention to detail and accuracy • Process improvement and automation orientation
