Overview
SuperDial is seeking a commercially minded VP of Account Management to own post-sale revenue and build a high-performing renewal and expansion organization for healthcare customers.
Requirements
• Deep healthcare SaaS experience (RCM, provider services, MSOs/DSOs, or adjacent)
• Proven ownership of renewals and expansion in complex, regulated environments
• Experience building and managing quota-carrying post-sale teams
• Strong forecasting, NRR and retention metric management
• Executive relationship management and C-suite engagement
• Cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product, Implementation and RevOps
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills
• Contracting, pricing and deal-structure experience for expansions
